You will need a tea strainer or to purchase disposable teabags for steeping teas.
Place 1 teaspoon of herbs in a glass jar or whatever you desire to put it in. Add 8oz. of boiling water over the herbs.
Steep for ten minutes and strain.
Do not drink hot or cold tea. For best results drink at room temperature.
Teas can be mixed together as follows:
Combining 2 teas drink TWO times a day. Preparing 1 tea, drink THREE times a day
Store your jars of tea in a dry dark place such as pantries and cabinets.
Teas should not be steeped for more than 15 minutes. Please make sure your top is screwed on tight after each use as bugs are attracted to the herbs especially in an organic state. Once tea is prepared and if any is left over, please make sure to refrigerate for no  longer than 2 days.

For Children: Prepare the same way as the adult tea; the difference is they do not have to consume more than ¼ of the tea to begin healing. For 12- adult, make sure to drink the entire 8oz cup as adults.

For best results, herbs for fertility should be taken 3 to 6 months in preparation for conception, but result can be sooner if all guidelines are followed. Being exposed to morning sunlight activates ovulation. For Yoni Steams, use 1/3 of a cup of tea to a boiling pot of water, allow to cool, covering the pot while doing so, wrap a towel around your waist and kneel over the pot as if you are sitting on a toilet. Steams up to 45 mins, 15 minutes minimum. There are many YouTube videos you can use as a visual.
